A truly novel product was ready to launch in the US market and wanted to split their Diagnostic Platforms science to approach the top ten specialised hospital systems in the country and approach the wellness industry with their testing capabilities.
We conducted a search for 240 candidates for the Dx role, selecting only the top five who demonstrated the right initiative to bring new science to market and possessed the existing network in key ICP's.
For Wellness, we targeted the top five wellness platforms for strategic account experience so we could hit the ground running.

The seed-stage company had no network or resources to build the crucial lab and management team required, however, it was generating revenue through its LDT setup.
Roles included: Full Lab team from Bench to Director + Management roles in R&D, Lab Ops, Program, and Market Access.
We created a fully embedded talent solution where we hosted adverts and managed applications and supplemented all hires with our search process when required to ensure all roles were filled. This solution was set up as an Opex agreement, based on a rolling monthly retainer, allowing the client to manage cash flow against their revenue
